If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in a resaleable condition. Any item not in original condition, or is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of certain types of products, we are not allowed to accept returns on these products: Face Masks, Beauty Supplies, Health and Fitness Products, Intimate Apparel, and some Jewelry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your purchase is received and inspected (and qualifies for a refund), then we will immediately credit your original credit card or original method of payment. No other form a refund will be provided.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. Whichever Postal Service you choose to use will be responsible for any lost mail. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
